RRB Paramedical Staff (Paramedical Categories) CBT Exam Dates 2026
• The Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the RRB Paramedical recruitment will be conducted from 10 March 2026 to 12 March 2026.

• These dates apply to recruitment of various paramedical posts (e.g., Staff Nurse, ECG Technician, Laboratory Assistant, Pharmacist, etc.) under the 2026 cycle.
• Exam city & date intimation slip will be activated on the official RRB websites about 10 days before your exam date.
• Admit cards (e-call letters) will be available for download approximately 4 days before the exam date.
• Candidates must carry the printed admit card and original photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar) to the exam centre.
1. Admit Card (E-Call Letter) Release Timing
According to the official exam schedule notice for RRB Paramedical Categories (CEN 03/2025), the admit cards (also called e-call letters) will be made available for download approximately 4 days before your scheduled exam date. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) for paramedical posts is scheduled from 10 March to 12 March 2026. Therefore, the admit card download link should activate around 6–8 March 2026 (approximately) on the official RRB websites.
2. Exam City & Date Intimation Slip
Before the admit card is released, the RRB will activate the Exam City & Date Intimation Slip link about 10 days before your exam. This slip shows your exam city, date, and shift details.
3. Where to Download the Admit Card
To download your admit card when it is released:

4. What the Admit Card Contains
Your downloaded admit card will include:
• Candidate’s name, roll number, and photograph

5. Mandatory Documents to Carry on Exam Day
When you go for your RRB Paramedical CBT, be sure to carry:
• Printed admit card (original e-call letter)
• Original valid photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
• Any other documents mentioned specifically on your admit card
6. Aadhaar Biometric Requirement
RRB conducts Aadhaar-linked biometric verification at the exam centre, so ensure your Aadhaar biometrics are unlocked in the UIDAI system before the exam to avoid entry issues.
