Step-by-Step Guide to Apply

  Start Registration

• Click on “Apply Now” to open the registration window.

• Click on “New Registration.”

• Then, click on the “Register” button.

  Fill Basic Details

• Enter your:

  • Full name

  • Parents’ names

  • Date of birth

  • Email ID

  • Mobile number

  • Other required details

  Submit and Verify

• After filling in the details, check everything carefully.

• Click on “Submit.”

• Once submitted, you will receive your Registration ID for SSC CHSL 2025.

  Log In to Complete Your Form

• Use your Registration ID, date of birth, and password to log in.

• Complete the rest of the application process.

1. One-Time Registration (OTR) – Mandatory

• If you haven’t done One-Time Registration (OTR) on the new website yet, you must do this first.

• Without OTR, you won’t be able to apply for any SSC recruitment.

 2. Photo Upload Instructions – New Rule

• SSC has introduced live photo capture for application.

• You must click your photo using a webcam or the official SSC app while applying.

• Make sure:

  • You are facing the camera directly.

  • Background is light-colored or white.

  • Photo is recent and clear.

 3. Read the Notification

• Before applying, carefully read the full official notification to understand eligibility, age limit, selection process, etc.

 4. Documents Checklist

Before starting the form, keep the following ready:

• Basic details (name, address, etc.)

• Educational qualification documents

• ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)

• Scanned documents:

  • Photograph (as per new rule)

  • Signature

  • Thumb impression (if required)

5. Filling the Form

• Fill in all details carefully.

• Double-check every section before final submission.

6. Fee Payment

• If an application fee is applicable to your category, make sure to pay it online.

• Without fee payment (if required), your form will be considered incomplete.

 7. Final Step

• Once submitted, download and print the final submitted application form for future reference.
